BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen broccoli cut, cooked until barely tender and drained
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Buttered bread crumbs

Mix warm rice and broccoli with the Cheez Whiz. Stir in soup, water and almonds. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
