MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
32 oz. mixed frozen vegetables
1 grated onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables 5 minutes; drain. Put in baking dish that has been greased. Mix onion, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour over vegetables. Melt butter, mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Put on top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
