PORK CHOP AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops, browned lightly
1 (26 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. barbecue sauce

Spread beans over bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place pork chops in a single layer on top of beans. Mix pineapple and barbecue sauce together in dish, then spoon mixture over each pork chop with remaining over beans. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
