TEMPURA BATTER 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Prepared vegetables

Mix ingredients together to form batter. Use pot or skillet to heat oil in. Dip sliced sweet potatoes, sliced green beans, sliced carrots, shredded gobo, or any vegetables you desire into batter and deep fry. Dry on paper napkins to absorb oil. Serve.
