1 dozen corn tortillas 1 c. rich milk 2 lbs. ground beef 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes 2 lg. onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine 1 sm. can peeled green chili peppers, chopped 1 lb. Velveeta cheese Brown onions, pepper and garlic. Add tomatoes, milk and cheese. While sauce is cooking saute the beef in frying pan, after salting to taste. When meat is done, immerse tortillas in hot fat for a few seconds and follow by dipping in sauce. Fill with meat and roll (or layer). Spread with sauce. |
