OIL PIE CRUST 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Mazola corn oil
4 tbsp. water

Mix flour, salt and corn oil with fork. Then add water and mix lightly. Roll half of pie dough between 2 sheets of wax paper. (Don't flour paper.) Peel off top layer of wax paper and turn pie dough over and place in pie pan and gently peel off second wax paper.

Makes an 8-inch two-crust pie. Dough is easy to handle and can be patched with no problems if it tears.
