LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken breast per person, bone in
1 bottle McCormick lemon pepper
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Remove excess fat and trim much of skin. Wipe cooking oil on sides and bottom of shallow baking dish. Shake lemon pepper generously on both sides of chicken. Broil at 400 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes on each side.
