CHEESE OLIVE TARTS 
2 c. finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/4 c. of flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
36 sm. stuffed olives

Blend cheese with butter. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives. Wrap 1 tablespoon mixture around each olive, covering completely. Arrange on baking sheet or flat pan and freeze firm. Repack in freezing bags.

When ready to use, spread out on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
