APPLE CRISP 
7-8 apples (Golden Delicious are best)
3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar (or sugar substitute)
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Peel and slice apples. Put in 13x9 baking dish. Mix ingredients and crumble over apples. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Add lowfat vanilla yogurt for a delicious dessert!
