JIFFY CINNAMON ROLLS 
4 to 5 c. flour
2 c. warm water
1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy white cake mix
Cinnamon
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Soft butter
Sugar

Mix 3 cups of the flour, cake mix, yeast, salt, 1/2 cup sugar and warm water until smooth. Add enough flour to form a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes. Roll out dough in a 9 x 18 inch rectangle. Spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and slice 1 inch thick. Put onto greased cookie sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (15 to 20 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and frost if desired. Makes 18 rolls.
