NO PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
8-10 seasoned chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. sherry
1/4 c. slivered almonds or pine nuts

Grease a 9 x 13 pan with at least 4 tablespoons butter. Place rice evenly on the bottom. Place chicken on rice. Mix soup and water and sherry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and nuts. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. "Do not peek."
