LEMON CHICKEN 
6 breasts of chicken, split, skinned
1/2 c. flour
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can frozen lemonade, thawed, undiluted
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 lemon, sliced

Shake chicken pieces in a bag with flour, salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Brown chicken pieces and place in shallow baking pan. Combine lemonade, brown sugar and vinegar. Pour over chicken. Place lemon slices on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
