BISCUIT PUDDING 
1 can of 10 biscuits
3-4 c. milk (approx.)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake biscuits in an oven per instructions on can. Directly after you remove the bake biscuits from the oven put them in a large bowl and pour milk into the bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a half hour. Then remove the bowl from the refrigerator and flip the biscuits over in the milk. Place biscuits in the refrigerator again and periodically turn the biscuits in the milk until they are completely saturated. Next stir the sugar into the mixture. Now add the beaten egg, vanilla and raisins. Place mixture into a casserole bowl and bake for 30 minutes or more. Check the center of the pudding for firmness. Serve in milk or cream for slightly different taste.
