BISCUIT PUDDING 
10 biscuits
3 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Crumble biscuits in mixing bowl. Heat milk. Pour over biscuits; let soak a little while. Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla. Mash biscuits with potato masher; add sugar mixture; stir well. Pour into greased pan, butter preferred. Bake at about 375 degrees until golden brown.
