BISCUIT PUDDING 
6 cold biscuits
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs

Soak biscuits in hot water for a few minutes. Add sugar, butter, nutmeg and beaten eggs. Add milk, mixing after each ingredients is added. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 425 degrees until brown. Good as is, or with sweet sauce spread over the top.
