CREAMY PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops or chicken breasts
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
4 c. sliced potatoes

Brown pork chops or chicken breasts. Combine sour cream, soup and water. Line bottom of pan with potato slices, then cover with sauce, alternating layers until sauce is used up. Put pork chops or chicken breasts on top. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
