CRUST FOR MEAT OR CHICKEN PIE 
One, two or three eggs, yellows and whites beaten separately, 1 1/2 cups of sweet milk, flour enough to make a smooth batter, not too thick. Stir in two teaspoons of baking powder and a little salt. Beat well. Have meat, gravy and pieces of potatoes, a little onion and green peppers thoroughly cooked in deep baking dish, and slightly cooled. Pour batter over and bake in hot oven. This crust will be brown on top, and very light and tender.
