CHICKEN PIE CASSEROLE 
Meat from 1 stewed chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 (24 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
3/4 c. chicken broth

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 stick butter, melted

Combine main ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cover with topping mixture. Bake at 375 degrees 50 to 55 minutes until bubbly and golden.
