GLAZED HAM AND SQUASH 
1 sm. acorn squash
8 oz. (4) 1/4 inch thick, boneless, fully cooked ham steaks
1/4 c. whole cranberry sauce
Ground nutmeg

Cut squash in half lengthwise, discard seeds. Cut each half crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Fold ham steaks in half. Arrange slices of squash and folded ham steaks in 1 quart roasting pan.

Bake uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, or until squash is tender. Drain juices. Top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 4 servings.
