FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 sm. onion
2 carrots
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Chop, grind or grate all vegetables fairly fine. Mix dressing ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Cool; pour over vegetables. Freeze in containers the size needed for one meal. Remove from freezer about 3 hours before serving.
