EASY CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Dash of salt
1/3 c. soft butter
1 c. coconut (opt.)

Put ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for a slow count of 10. Pour into 10" glass pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top, if desired.
