1 box white cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour bundt pan. Beat together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes (test).

IMPEACHMENT ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding

Beat together until fluffy.
