INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla flavoring, flour, eggs, together until smooth. Pour in miniature cupcake pans that are lined with miniature cupcake papers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top each miniature cheese cake with a cherry. Makes 36 miniature cheese cakes.
