ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 sm. jar artichokes in oil
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Drain and mash artichokes, saving one tablespoon oil from jar. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil. Mix well and bake in 325 degree oven until cheese melts and bubbles. Spread on crackers while hot.
