CHOCOLATE NUT SQUARES 
2 sticks butter (1 c.)
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. flake coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. unsalted nuts (peanuts/walnuts, choose!)
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave or double boiler. Melt together 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter and 2 ounce chocolate. Stir in graham crackers, coconut and nuts. Press onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill 1/2 hour.

Whip together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Chill 1/2 hour.

Melt together rest of chocolate and butter. Spread over cream cheese mix. Chill 1/2 hour. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
