MOUND CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE ICING 
1 box cake mix (chocolate, yellow or white)

Bake according to directions on box.

FILLING:

1 c. sweet milk
20 lg. marshmallows or 2 jars marshmallow creme
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. coconut
Pinch salt

Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Add marshmallows; cook slowly until they dissolve. Add coconut, salt and vanilla. Spread on cake; cool before putting on chocolate.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate or 5 tbsp. cocoa & 1 tsp. butter
1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla; stir over low heat until dissolved. Turn up heat and bring to rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat and spread over cake.
