SPICY HOT CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef or chicken or turkey
2 med. onions (1 c.) chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
2 (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 c. tomato juice & 1 c. water
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp. cumin ground
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
If desired you can add a few drops of hot sauce

Brown ground meat and onions and garlic; drain. Then add all other ingredients and simmer for about 45 minutes.
