POTATO SOUP 
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 qt. diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can pet milk
1 tsp. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. flour and water, to thicken

Add potatoes, onions and enough water to cover. Saute onion in butter and add to potatoes. Add salt, pepper and little butter. Add chicken soup, pet milk and bouillon cubes.

Simmer all together, SLOW. Thicken it with flour mixture. Cut up cheese and add. Simmer until cheese melts.
