SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. sausage
4 to 4 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown rice
1 box Lipton noodle soup with chicken broth

Brown onion and sausage together; break up sausage. Drain well. Add soup mix, water and rice. Bring to boil and simmer 7 minutes. Pour into casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. To add color and flavor, add small amount of finely chopped carrots.
