DIET CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1/2 can tomato juice
3 boned chicken breasts
1 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
2 cloves garlic
20 drops sweetener

Simmer on top of stove covered for 45 minutes. Add a can of well rinsed bean sprouts. Cook until well heated.
