ORANGE - BLUEBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter. Add slightly beaten eggs, orange juice, milk and orange rind; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together, add liquid mixture and stir only until well moistened. Carefully fold in blueberries and nuts.

Pour into greased and floured 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes until bread tests done. Let set 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on rack; wrap and refrigerate overnight for easier slicing.
