MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
#2 can tomatoes, large can
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
2 cartons sour cream
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Chopped onion
Garlic salt
Pepper
Doritos

Heat tomatoes, peppers, cheese, and sour cream in large pan. Brown beef, onion, garlic salt, and pepper; drain well.

Combine mixtures. In large casserole (lightly greased) put layer of Doritos, layer of mixture, another layer of Doritos and final layer of mixture. Top with grated cheese if desired.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
