ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP 
2 lbs. Italian sausage links, cooked and cut in slices
2 sm. zucchini, sliced
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt. tomatoes
4 c. water
Carrots, sliced

Combine all ingredients and heat until vegetables are cooked. Before serving, add 2 cups cooked macaroni and 1 1/2 cup dry red wine.
