FAT FREE (YOGURT) CHEESE 
Plain nonfat yogurt
Strainer (do drain with)
Cheese cloth

Line strainer with cheese cloth and suspend over bowl (need strainer that sits on rim of bowl). Put yogurt in lined strainer, place in refrigerator overnight, liquid will drain into bowl and you will have "cheese" left. Place in covered bowl (discard liquid). Can be used as substitute for Philadelphia cream cheese or sour cream. Add chives, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, or spice of your liking to suit desired taste.
