STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 spider of fried onions, about 1 1/2 lb.
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, fried
1/2 lb. ground pork, fried
1 sm. bunch celery, cook separately until tender
Tomato soup

Prepare peppers and boil 5 minutes; blanch in cold water; drain.

Fill with mixture and bake 30 minutes in covered dish with 3 cans tomato soup at 350 degrees. Serve tomato soup (undiluted) over peppers. Add a little thyme and/or any kind of seasoning to the soup you care for.
