SEAFOOD TRIO 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. powdered dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked lobster meat
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked

Melt butter into saucepan over moderate heat; stir in onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk gradually. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until cheese melts.

Break lobster and crabmeat into large pieces; add with shrimp. Heat to boiling. Garnish with parsley and seafood pieces. Serve over rice or macaroni shells. Yield: 8-10 servings.
