QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (2 c.)
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 pastry lined 9" pie plate, unbaked

Heat cream and buttermilk, whisk in eggs and seasonings. Stir in cheese, bacon and onions. Put in unbaked shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until set and golden. May also add 1 can black olives, sliced, to egg mixture.
