LEMON OR CHERRY CHEESE CAKE

Graham cracker crust

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Cream together; add 2 cups Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Top with 1 can of pie filling. Sour cream (optional).
