LEMON HERB SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter flavored Crisco
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. half and half
1 egg yolk, beaten

Melt Crisco in medium saucepan and remove from heat. Stir in flour, lemon peel, dill and salt. Blend in half and half. Cook and stir over medium until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Blend small amount of hot mixture into egg yolk. Blend back into hot mixture and stir to combine. Cook and stir until mixture just comes to a boil and stir for 1 minute. Spoon over cooked broccoli or other vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
