LEMON HERB SAUCE 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. bottled hot-pepper sauce

Blend all ingredients in a small screw-top jar or bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup - enough for 2 chickens.
