QUICK ITALIAN STEW 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. kitchen bouquet
2 can (1 lb. each) stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cans (1 lb. each) whole potatoes, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Italian green beans
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Slice sausage into 1 inch pieces and brown in large skillet. Mix ground beef and kitchen bouquet and shape into meatballs. Brown meatballs, drain off fat. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, potatoes and beans. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Blend flour with water and stir into stew. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until beans are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with grated Parmesan if desired.
