3 Italian sweet sausage
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/3 c. sm. shell pasta
1 red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. water, add more if needed

1. In large bowl with lid place sausage, microwave on high without lid 4 minutes. Stir once. Drain.

2. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cover and microwave on high 4 minutes. Stir once.

3. Add water and tomatoes and pasta. Cover and microwave on high 12-15 minutes. Stir twice.
