ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
Cumin
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Onion salt
3/4 c. flour
Chili powder
Cheese
Corn tortillas

Brown meat and onion. Add seasonings. Season generously. Mix 3/4 cup flour with chili powder and water to make a gravy. Season with salt and pepper and chili powder to taste. Fry corn tortillas until soggy. Drain on paper towel. Put tortillas in gravy mixture; place in a casserole bowl. Fill with ground beef and cheese, leftover beef or sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
