CASSEROLE
 
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 jars artichoke hearts, drained (save marinade)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
5 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
