2 broiler chickens, quartered
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. apricot jam
1 bottle of any thick red dressing (Russian or Catalina)

Mix together all ingredients for sauce. Spread chicken pieces in baking dish. Spoon sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
