BABY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (lean)
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 tsp. hot sauce
Optional: 1 sm. jar of salsa

Cook together hamburger, pepper and onions. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve with nacho chips and lots of beer! Can be served in sterno heated or electric heated container.
