GRILLED/BROILED IDAHO TROUT 
4 large filets of trout
Seafood seasoning
Dried onion
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 c. melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon

To broil place filets in lightly greased shallow pan. To grill place in wire rack. Sprinkle with seafood seasoning, dried onion, dill weed and squeeze on lemon juice. Drizzle butter over. Place pan under preheated broiler about 5 inches from heat. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes. To grill cook 4 minutes each side then serve immediately or keep warm in oven till ready to serve. Squeeze lemon juice over trout again before serving.
