SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. roll sausage
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
2 c. diced celery
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped bell pepper
5 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup or celery soup

In skillet, brown sausage. Drain. In second skillet, saute onion, pepper and celery in butter. Boil water; add rice and soup mix. Boil for 7 minutes.

In large bowl mix sausage, vegetables, rice and canned soup. Pour in greased dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees; cover lightly with foil.
