BLACKENED REDFISH 
1 oz. oregano
1 oz. thyme
1 oz. basil
1 oz. garlic powder
1 oz. salt
1 oz. butter
1/2 oz. paprika

Mix seasonings. Dip fish in melted butter. Sprinkle seasonings over fish. Fry in white hot skillet.
