CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. smoked sausage links, fully cooked & sliced (Little Smokes will do)
1 can chili pinto beans
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Tabasco sauce, to taste

Brown beef with onion and peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer to blend flavors for at least 1 hour. Add water if needed.
